Throws are a decorative item that can infuse a space with color and comfort. It is not advised to use them as chair or couch coverings. They are not built to sustain the kind of extreme wear and tear that a sofa can. If throws are utilized as chair coverings, over time, colours may migrate from dark to light-colored leathers and fabrics. Tufting requires few gentle washes for the fluff to wear out.
